hard to give an example, but I created a random queen of yore for Sylvain to quote. Eventually I added a dark child's nursery rhyme to the lore that Ashe grew up hearing. And then I got to explore *why* Queen Teon was known as the 'Testy' with this deep dive to reflect Ingrid's personal arc.

The longest parts that get cut are when I'm trying to end a scene and it just keeps going and going, and I realize I'm either gonna write 800 words or should rewind and end much earlier than I thought.

I love how Yidhari’s movement is inspired by pole dancers but it is driving me nuts that her tentacles clip thru her weapon in such an obvious way. They should have spent time on that instead of taking away Lucia’s underboob.

Based on feedback, I ended up deciding to severely abbreviate what i'm now calling 'B Team' plot (Byleth, Seteth, Flayn, Dimitri, Claude) and keep the focus on Sylvix, no side stories. When it's done I'm declaring DONE.
