Try finding an obsession/ muse. My muses for a few years were Malenia and Legoshi. I would obsessively draw those characters in all the poses the course would tell me to. It made it easier to focus

I got so upsetti with my own and had a little breakdown that I deleted my account filled with art. Just coming back now- we were moots too btw.
I think knowing that we can get back on the art bike whenever we choose to makes things feel a bit better.
