Like money people aren't "evil devils" but if you allow people to privately invest into services people need and can't opt out of at some point you have to offer ABOVE market rates returns on investment otherwise they won't. Which means your just stealth taxing the poor the to fund the rich.

Yeah my favourite bit was when someone called out a Labour MP about NHS privatisation she got all faked upset and called lies... only for moments later to say oh what SHE means by privatisation is making people pay at point of care.
Sneaky re-definition, if your selling off bones its private

It's no mistake the unimportant stuff gets cheaper (TV, fashion ect...) while the requirements to live like food, health, shelter, energy get more expensive. They make the unimportant stuff cheap to maximize volume and the essential stuff as expensive as possible because you can't afford not to.

There is a LOT under "Making the tax system fairer and fit for the 21st century" which is likely to hit higher earners esp the salary sacrifice cap

Need to speak to accountant but looks like there is a change in allowances. Down to 14% from 18% but has a 40% first year thing coming in. Too late for us but good for setup?!

Jokes aside I often skip a day on the advice of my doc, usually weekends or something to check my baseline. Remember they are just a tool to deal with "life" and if you were just rich with strong support network painting art between DnD sessions and following whimsey you would need them less.

Also I miss the days of Disco diffusion of us all watching AI trip balls and see random cat images emerge from the noise. Though lets be honest we went through the same BS when marketing people ruined the phrases alpha / beta.

The issue isn't just that they use AI but a lot of sensor fusion uses the same type of AI. People don't get the reasons we have image generators because a CORE use case people want is robot knows what it is looking at. Image gen was us flipping the network in reverse for debug purposes originally.

Top trick setup a pre commit or push hook to look for your profanity marker of choice to avoid this mistake.
Bonus points run clang format as well for more consistent code and cleaner diffs
