I have not bought the Slot out arguments (most of which are nonsense) but this is bad for him.
Granted, nobody is bigger than the club, but it is a short walk from losing Mo to losing the whole dressing room. Plus, I love Mo, and I don’t want his story to end like this. It’s all sad.

Well, drawing to Sunderland at home is not acceptable, but the bar has been extremely low for weeks now.
Carragher’s incessant nonsense notwithstanding, it’s been a better performance than most of the season. At least we’ve stopped free falling for the last couple of games now.

I don’t have the energy to explain this in the amount of words required but sacking Slot is not the right move. Let other clubs mismanage themselves, we are Liverpool and we will come out the other side of this with everything in tact, not torn down because of bad football in November.

One thing that’s been occurring to me lately is this: I’ve seen lots of people suggest the players deserve a lot of leeway because of the loss of Diogo. I’ve seen very few people suggest the manager also deserves some leeway. He hasn’t become a bad manager overnight. He will also have been impacted.
