It's fun! We use Nigella's basic Christmas cake template, make it a few weeks in advance, and lovingly baste it with booze every Sunday night.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've quoted him in a major feature story - I can't remember for sure if he wound up in the final draft, but his work certainly was part of my research. (I read both The Inconvenient Indian and the Massey lectures while working on the article.)
