Holy fucking shit, you guys, I made The Face while being comfortable in my own mediocrity, which #guitarsky knows is the Holy Gods Damned Grail on ANY instrument.
Also, I don't sell 'em, but if you ask me, Grote LP style guitars are a-ok. To be fair I modded mine a little.

During a recent trip to Gods & Monsters in Orlando, I picked up the Catan dice game. We gave it a trial run tonight and... it's a hit! We've never played Catan in any form, and this was basically Catan meets Yahtzee. Very portable, very playable, not boring.

Before & after: I swapped the tuners for locking tuners; alnico pickups instead of the microphonic ceramic ones it came with. New Stringjoy balanced strings, and a damn good cleaning.
Now, to actually play it...!

HUGE confidence boost today as I press forward with learning #guitar better with an eye toward playing leads and not just chords.
For those who don't know, I've plateau'd in the way that I didn't learn *other* ABC's after the Romanized alphabet version.
