"Stop killing people" pretty much sums up my politics these days, whether we're talking genocide, covid, the environmental/healthcare/housing crisis, food insecurity, police brutality, lack of disability rights, attacks on LGBTQ+ folx, no access to reproductive medical care, etc etc etc. Just stop.
I really recommend reading this particularly insightful interview.

Kicking off my very low-key birthday listening to Barrett's Privateers and Northwest Passage because today is/was Stan Rogers's birthday too.
Then later, going to watch the new episodes of Stranger Things with my son (fitting for a GenX birthday). Should be fun even if I can't go out to celebrate.
