5/ Administration explanation to Congress seems to be a bold-face falsehood: claiming double-tap strike was to clear debris, not to kill survivors.

"That explanation has prompted frustration among some members of Congress who say they believe the Pentagon was deceptive."

4/ Hiding the evidence from the American public:

"Later in the day, President Donald Trump released a redacted 29-second surveillance drone video showing the attack. The video does not include any footage of the subsequent strike on the survivors."

And to Congress? ...

Don’t worry, folks.

He’ll start killing people soon enough to distract.

Whenever his poll numbers suck, or he’s having a shitty week in the news, he murders people.
For Donald Trump, Black Friday takes on new meaning with the release of this Gallup poll. The short of it: Trump's support among independents is negligible, and now he;s hemorrhaging Republican supporters. news.gallup.com/poll/699221/...

Big part of what’s happening under Trump 2 is a bunch of people who were quite sure any constraint or limitation cited isn’t actually real and then learning that actually they are and many people take them seriously.

if Zillow Ed is saying you've not only done crimes but that an OLC opinion won't immunize you, you may want to start making travel plans to a non-extradition country that also ignores the ICC
Does Pete Hegseth have a "golden shield" against prosecution in the form of a DOJ OLC opinion? Ed Whelan thinks not.

This is Nazism. And the only reason some folks cannot see it is because they, themselves, are also dangerous fascists. This may be the most un-American statement ever uttered by a man currently serving as co-President of the United States. It spits in the face of everything America is.

Trump says he will pardon former Honduran president Juan Orlando Hernández, who was charged, tried and convicted on drug trafficking charges, and who is currently serving a 45-year sentence in a US prison. Why? Probably because he gave Trump a taste of the action.

How many drones are over Ukraine? About 500. Every night."

Great speech by @reiniervanlanschot.volteuropa.org. More decisive action is needed to protect Ukraine, and Europe, from terror.
