Its wild that anyone believes its about protecting women. The only women on their side live in literal castles or other protected homes, are middle aged and won't be affected by any of this

Its like that news story that came out in... May? The Scottish government was applauding the Supreme court decision for "keeping women safe" then a week later they removed a law that would give women more protections from harassment and threats because, as they admit, trans women would benefit too

As a trans person, who sees nothing but transphobia online, this really healed me. I didnt want to leave when it was over. The atmosphere was incredible. I was out, visibly trans in my skirt and tights, surrounded by allies and fellow trans people, everyone just being so supportive
