Update: just before 5pm today I received a reply. She did not attend due to other constituency commitments (though the long reply says other things too). Not sure why the reply couldn't have come before the event. Shame she couldn't give her political support to it.
I received no reply from my MP Kerry McCarthy @kerrymp.bsky.social to my email about attending the #NationalEmergencyBriefing on climate and nature, so I don't know if she was there. No mention of it on her Facebook page, which is active. Bristol East deserves better representation.

We need to scrap SATs!

Primary assessments are making kids sick with worry, stressing out parents and causing active harm, particularly to SEND pupils.

Govt must listen and rethink these counterproductive tests.
