Tonight I spotted a bright star just as I was starting to get ready for bed. My tired bouncy brain woke up and needed to know what I was seeing.

Day one of the Factor forensic linguistics summer school done and I’m really enjoying it so far.
I did my MA at @lancslinguistics.bsky.social before they did much in this area. I enjoyed sociophonetics so seeing some of the more applied aspects with forensic speech science was a great start!

Ok, X Files friends I feel the need to share this. I’ve been ill this last week and today this surprise friend arrived from my sister. A Bigfoot that enjoys treats after a day of baseball. Maybe his friends are Mulder and Scully. Mulder would so try and pass a little Bigfoot off as a dog 🤭
