Trying to include my toddler in the chores. Takes three times as long. Luigi has gone for a swim in my coffee cup. It’s only 9:18 AM.

Going up and down this rock helped my souls today.

Cocoa and buttered toast. Every red-faced snowball fight and sledding adventure from my childhood ended with this. My mom told me her mom made the same for her.

Run streak, day 2. And a reminder that you don’t have to go on a run if it’s not your thing!! Life’s too short to hate how you move your body. (It just so happens I enjoy it).

My old phone won’t do it justice, but I’m so grateful to be a few minutes (and some miles of trail running) seeing snow-capped mountains.
