And I’m not sure it’s going to get much better with the shoehorning of many into MS settings. I assess children in different settings (OT). There’s a stark difference between “inclusion” and “segregation”. Training, culture, understanding - simply not there in a single MS I have observed. 😥

The LAs knew this was coming. They were caught out sleeping whilst the private sector made hay…. Many SEND children can’t manage the current state school system, but there are no alternatives. These indie settings are also often not accountable to anyone. It’s a mess!
