That's only for ratification. Ratification would allow the indictment to stand despite the appointment being invalid. That does not mean the indictment, now that it has been dismissed, cannot be refiled pursuant to the statute. That has to be adjudicated.

I usually wait until the end of the season to binge all episodes at once, but Welcome to Derry has me in a chokehold. The way Pennywise slid on that entire town giving them different visions AT THE SAME TIME 😫. Don't play with that mans if you ain't ready. He's really like that

Kirito was running up and down the stairs acting crazy. I thought he was trying to get another walk in. Turns out he was trying to tell me that Rin had snuck outside when I took the trash out earlier and was screaming at the door to let him in. He ain't about that street life 😂

Since I'm temporarily taking a break from baking all the things, I'm shifting to mess around with fall nail designs. I did a plaid experiment that I didn't hate, and then a contemporary style fall look that I actually really liked. Except now my hands don't match and I'm out of energy to care 😂

Mannnn being poor is expensive. My area is a lot of new construction in the burbs. These houses going up nearby are selling for $950,000. They would have been called starter homes back in the day. They're so close you can practically high five your neighbor out the windows

I def can't hate on anyone using GLPs. I stepped on the scale in Sep after spending the year playing with sourdough and cinnamon rolls, screamed, and immediately started shooting up. I'm down 15lbs in 7 weeks. This stuff is ✨️magical✨️. My starter is in the fridge while I get it together 😂
