Then definitely SwiftUI. It is much easier to build UI, state management is built-in, and all of the latest blogs, vlogs, and tutorials are based around SwiftUI. Good luck! I hope it is a fun adventure for you.

It depends on the goal. If it is for personal/indie apps, then learn SwiftUI. But, if you want a job, learn UIKit and move to SwiftUI later. In most job interviews you won’t be penalized for not knowing SwiftUI. And, don’t be shocked to find ObjC in older codebases also. It’s fragmented these days.

As always, it depends. I start with SwiftUI and only drop into UIKit when I need to which, lately, has been exceedingly rare. SwiftUI has come a long way in a short amount of time.
