I did these a bit ago, but these are redraws of some of the first art pieces I posted. they're not better so much as different

I was kinda aiming for more realistic with this cat and then I got about halfway down the body, gave up, and painted him green. better luck next time?

I'm not gonna lie, I gave up on this one a little bit 😅 I don't dislike it, but I feel I could've done better and I didn't know how. it's a vision thing more than a quality thing though, I know that much

felt like experimenting with a new style. I like the thick outline look, but I always felt like you have to be really good at line art to actually do it and I don’t think I’m particularly good at line art. but this didn’t turn out so bad in the end and it’s really hard to judge your own work

Instead of road trips, motels, and tourist destinations, my summer would be spent holding down the forte. The forte in question was partly the house, but it was mostly the café my mom owned directly below the house. She was leaving me in charge of everything that went on in there.

It took meeting him in the park and seeing the bouquet of daffodils for all my suspicions to leave. Some were white, the majority were yellow, all tied together with a white rope. This was what he’d gone to pick up: an apology gift for me. Again. I hadn’t even had time to use any of the soaps yet.

I’m working on my scenes, but the problem is, I never know what exactly to put in a drawing to create a scene, even though I feel like, as a writer, I should. all I do is write scenes 😂

practiced drawing some skulls. they look a little haunted I think. by what? who knows
