My cat, Bones, loves being brushed EXCEPT for his belly and underarms - one tip & not entirely sure how to describe this but if you find matting in the belly, underarms or neck, you can gently pull them out which is safer than trying to cut them - just have to be patient & slowly tease them out

Not as common as courtyard buildings but you sometimes see 3 story pre-war buildings on a corner lot where they fill the entire lot and some of the entrances are on the side - it’s a really interesting typology to me b/c I’m curious if you could make it work now with no parking requirements
