He was in the shooting motion, and also officials need to lean into calling it on the shot more often than not to get that strategy out of the game.
They're ruling that a shooting foul. Cade Cunningham to the line with a chance to tie the game. Celtics lead 115-112 with 3.8 seconds left. Bad call. No way he was in his shooting motion.
