Google has conflicting information about whether these are legal to export. But, if ITAR allows us to export these, it might make more sense just to buy a bunch of them here and mail them to Yuri.

Was going to support Wild Hornets raffle to fund Stings today, but all their payment forms methods either refused me, timed out or wouldn’t proceed - so am buying more tickets in this weeks snipers raffle with the $100 instead.
