And if we are truly committed to reducing our carbon footprint, a new phone every year or two is not the way to do it.

I am old and have worked with folks for the last 45 years or so. This includes work in corrections with both victims and offenders.
As I watch our government deal with each other the processes are the same.
Men tend to walk on tiptoes around other men's behavior. Women are more clear and direct.

A researcher has found that burning plastics as a way of turning it into energy. I haven't read the article for a long time, so I can't give you details but she had some way to cut emissions. It was intriguing.

Energy policy should include more than one option and be fitted to it's location, resources and needs. It should include small scale nuclear reactors and burning plastics for energy.
