Unfortunately it is not mandatory for decision makers and rich men who lead all agencies and there are no accountability for their unethical behavior.

Reality is there are lots of rich men who have been raping little girls and boys out there. The level of power and control over our entire society by rich entitled men is totally out of society's control. When devices cost between $1,000 and $2,000 a pop. One needs to use them for a while. I've always used them until they die.

I am old and have worked with folks for the last 45 years or so. This includes work in corrections with both victims and offenders.
As I watch our government deal with each other the processes are the same.

A researcher has found that burning plastics as a way of turning it into energy. I haven't read the article for a long time, so I can't give you details but she had some way to cut emissions. It was intriguing.

Energy policy should include more than one option and be fitted to it's location, resources and needs. It should include small scale nuclear reactors and burning plastics for energy.

Just a criminal panicking because his plan is not working and he is scared sh-less that he will face consequences. So he is becoming more and more bizarre. After reading about this for years it is fascinating to see it in real time. The rub is that he can become more dangerous.
