I will note that the agencies do 35-40 year mortgages already on the multifamily side, especially for rent restricted multifamily.

Using this example because it's a well known luxury item, there are multiple Rolex models that cost between $7,000 and $12,000 and that's a near universally recognized status symbol. Rocking a $11,000 coat is a whole other level.
