I hope you're able to spend today with loved ones and take an extra few moments to look around and feel thanks. As your representative, It will be my mission to make those moments more frequent and filled with more hope.
From my home to yours, Happy Thanksgiving.

This holiday week, as my kids trickle back home and mom and dad are over more often, I’m just feeling extra fortunate for our community, our health, and our ability, as a family, to spend time together and remember what really matters — love.

A new report shows that the tariff policies Boebert supports are costing Coloradans over $1,000 a year. I've been across this district and people are already stretched thin. Prices keep rising, paychecks aren't keeping up, and families didn't expect another avoidable hit.

Happy starlighting, Castle Rock! 🌟 🎆

It was wonderful to be in Parker last week. Thank you to the engaged neighbors who came for a pre-dinner chat. We talked a lot about how we position ourselves to best defeat Lauren Boebert in this diverse district. To me, it starts with communication, finding common ground, and agreeing that the....

Today is National Rural Health Day!
Let's celebrate the strength & determination that define Colorado’s rural communities and providers who work every day to provide care despite distance, workforce shortages, & limited resources to ensure all Coloradans have access, regardless of where they live.

Thank you to all of those who came out to volunteer at the Yuma County Food Bank yesterday! Your time and energy makes a difference in our communities.

Still reflecting on the incredible event hosted by the Board of Douglas County Commissioners,
Douglas County Veterans Service Office and the Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation last week in Castle Rock.

One concern I hear over and over when meeting with people is inflation. Simply put, costs are continuing to rise and wages are flat making for fewer groceries in the cart and gallons of gas in the car. We need leaders in Washington who are working to lower utility bills, rent, and everyday costs.

Our seniors are facing serious challenges especially when it comes to the social security and health care they've earned. They're right to be worried.

But what struck me most at Wind Crest was how many were thinking beyond themselves. They talked about their kids, grandkids, and the future.

Beautiful ending to Veterans Day here in Colorado!
November 12, 2025 at 4:59 AM
Today, we honor the men and women who put on the uniform and chose service over self.

Veterans don't ask for praise. They ask us to keep our promises. To stand by them when the battles are over. To care for their families. To fight for the values they risked everything to defend.

It was an honor to hand out poppies this weekend with my VFW in remembrance and honor of those who have served. Bringing awareness and support to our veterans this time of year is close to my heart. ❤️ 🌺

Lauren Boebert doesn’t respect Coloradans. It’s time to vote her out.
November 8, 2025 at 4:11 PM
Colorado has a proud tradition of working the land to feed our communities. Our farmers and ranchers deserve our respect and thanks. It was great to chat with and listen to the concerns of some of our producers yesterday.

I had a fellow volunteer tell me that her dad bringing her door-to-door when she was a kid got her engaged civically and she’s never quit. This stuck with me and I saw that engagement Saturday as we geared up to knock doors for Doug Co School Board. Don’t forget to vote tomorrow!

Coloradans are a special sort of people. Compassion, Fairness, and respect are part of our DNA.

It was great to visit Wind Crest Senior Living yesterday and talk about so many important issues including foreign policy, the state of our education system, and constitutional concerns — among many others. My desire to tackle these concerns is why I’m running.

Leadership starts with representing people. It's that simple. And every day, I hear from people in Colorado: They are ready for new leadership.
October 26, 2025 at 11:46 PM
The families I meet in CO-04 are struggling with everything from day care to new shoes, to buying groceries to have dinner on the table every night. Coloradans deserve to focus on the future and opportunities, not live in fear of making it through each and every day.

Government bureaucrats shouldn't get double the mileage reimbursement of veterans seeking VA care.
October 24, 2025 at 4:02 PM
My thoughts on service and how I’ll continue that legacy and leadership serving in Congress.
October 23, 2025 at 3:32 PM
People are going to struggle even more.
October 22, 2025 at 9:14 PM
When visiting in Windsor, it’s very clear to me that Lauren Boebert’s neighbors don’t care about aliens or culture wars. They’re far more concerned about local economic development and lowering costs. That’s what I’ll focus on in Congress.
