I mean this without rancour but that’s not moral OCD. That’s just being wrong. Moral OCD is having an anxiety disorder about morality, and particularly potentially (but not necessarily actually) morally violative actions that you feel in some way party to.

I tend to think leftists are probably more prone to moral OCD because OCD targets what you care about and we actually care about what we believe in, while most conservatives are just pretending
