Participants reviewed each other’s papers in advance and discussed them during the seminar. Topics included multi-level governance, EU legislation, the twin transition, industrial relations, data governance, worker rights, and social negotiations.

It contains summaries of the successive stages of the project, our findings, research results, and information about conferences and seminars.

With over 20 years of experience in analyzing the labor market, employment policies, working conditions, and gender equality, María brings a deep and comparative perspective to her research, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches.

María is a sociologist with a degree from the University of Barcelona and a postgraduate degree in political and social sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University.

🌍 The UdZ brings experience from projects funded by the European Commission, the Spanish National Research Agency, and international research foundations. Their work explores labour market dynamics in food delivery and transport sectors, as well as the challenges these pose for industrial relations.

Maribel is an anthropologist specializing in migration studies, precarity, and the platform economy. Her research has appeared in journals such as Current Anthropology and the European Journal of Social Theory. In 2024, she published her ethnographic monograph "Precarity Activism" (Routledge).

Pablo is a sociologist at the University of Zaragoza. His research addresses European employment governance, labour law enforcement, industrial democracy, vocational education and training, and the impact of digitalization on the world of work.
