Seriously, the GOP being an existential threat to the entirety of American democracy and the state means that we usually have no choice but to just vote for their likeliest opponent every time! I wish we had more options too, but it won't happen until none of them are 1000% evil

Yeah I'm not even remotely a fan of his, but I feel like it's weird when people bring that up to his detriment - like, would you rather he use his connections to waltz out of there and leave everyone behind with no voice?

Yup! My initial hospital stay was pretty wacky because I was on a huge dose and not used to it yet - there was a lot of anxiety and some anger seeping through lol
It only lasted a couple days though, I halved the dose and I've been feeling fine on it ever since - I wouldn't hesitate to try it

If we had a serious left, we'd already be several years into arguing for massive UBI programs everywhere, but instead most people are just watching the ship sink without thinking of casting out any lifeboats, let alone working towards giving us all the luxury of less work and more money

I don't mean to make myself sound like a saint, but I was genuinely stunned the day I learned that "jealousy" is supposed to imply an incredible amount of anger for most people - like, do most of you not just feel a little envious and *not* blame others for it??

I'm not sure exactly how true it is, but I saw a video essay describing how the flat gray lighting you get now is a cheap convenience - basically, image sensors are more sensitive than ever with incredible HDR, so you can save time/money by lighting everything evenly and it'll still come out visible
