Israel hunted a 70 year old lady down with a gun drone and then hoovered above to make sure she bled out next to her dying son. They both join almost 1,000 Palestinians Israel has massacred or maimed in its genocide during the "ceasefire".

A new CNN report uncovers that the IDF knowingly:
•Shot starving Palestinians trying to collect flour
•Bulldozed their bodies into shallow, unmarked graves
•Left them to decompose, scavenged by dogs
•Never documented these murders & tried to hide them

This is what genocide looks like. Horrific.

Honestly. For $3.8 billion. How much would it cost to relocate parliament to the Airport?

Or better yet, those MPs who despise Wellington to their core? How much would it cost to bribe them to resign, fuck off out of Wellington and never come back?

Did you know New Zealand has regulations - law you are required to comply with - but which you aren't allowed to know without paying money to the government?

And if you do pay them and publish it the government will come after you for copyright infringement.

(a) There is no ceasefire in Gaza — Israel's genocide is continuing.

(b) Netanyahu wants a forever war to keep him out of jail.

The price will be paid by *the people* of Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and — of course — Israel.

But the rest of us will also pay for this insecurity too.

This is really just Opposition MPs doing their job, reading the accounts and asking the right questions. And the Minister of Finance insulting them because she doesn't want to answer the questions.
“Under questioning in the meeting, Willis also confirmed the government had no intention of buying offshore carbon credits to meet the 2030 Paris agreement as part of a "performative awards ceremony" even if that meant it would breach its commitment.”

I've said it before but I'm amazed by the extent to which this government - Nicola Willis especially - is ambitionless for New Zealand. They simply don't believe the country can do anything.

So from ferries to libraries, they plan for a diminished New Zealand.
Govt proposes to limit council rates rises to 4% in new system
Councils would also have a minimum rates rise level mandated for the first time.
