If the claim was that something subtle was wrong with the bridge, then maybe. But based on the picture, they might have noted the suspicious absence of explosion reports, emergency services declaring a major incident etc.

If AI lets a business do its work in half the time, then what do business that charge an hourly rate (like lawyers) do? Just give up half their revenue? No, they double their prices.

I do think an immediate low-hanging-fruit reform would be to ban AI chatbots from writing in the first person. There is no "I" or "me" in a chatbot.

My reaction when I saw it is "no actual tech CEO would be that complacent and stupid" and OH BOY have I had cause to reevaluate my opinion in the years since.

Yes, apparently that sort of thing was quite common in the 1930s - very young girls marrying very old men, sure of a lifelong pension when nature took its course. So much so that Kentucky had to change its laws.

Hard disagree. It was completely overengineered and the mandatory WiFi connection served no purpose whatsoever. The Pisseiro was the far superior model.
