Birds have hardly come to my feeders for weeks maybe months it certainly feels like that because the feeders havent been low they have remained topped up so I thought I’d tempt the birds back with dried mealworms.

Hard to believe in 2027 I’ll be celebrating 25 years of Birding. Like I did on my 20th anniversary in 2022 I’ll be celebrating 25 years throughout that year but my main anniversary is on 16th February.

I was hoping to go Birding this week but due to the frost has made pavements slippery and that makes me wary so I’m hoping to go Birding next week at some point.

It is a month to National Robin Day organised by @songbirdsurvival.bsky.social On that day I do a National Robin Day Birdwatch. It is very similar to RSPB’s Big Garden Birdwatch, watch birds for a hour but you hope to see a Robin. If you don’t have a garden you can do it in your local park.
