We have just seen the final collapse of the post WW2 world order based on international law and find ourselves thrown back to a pre WW1 situation of power politics. Or perhaps even pre- Treaty of Westphalia. Extremely worrying, indeed, especially if you are not the USA, China or Russia

I've been getting this question a lot in interviews with international media: "They must see that this weakens America? Why are they doing it?"

Different MAGA factions will give slightly differing answers. But overall, they are doing it because they want regime change both at home and in the world.

Nazi salutes, racist purges, an ambush on the Ukrainian president by a far-right regime. If what we see aligns with what we know and is also in line with an established track record, our default assumption should be that what is happening is actually what it looks like.

Ich grüble gerade über den Begriff woke nach. Attribute wie menschlich, tolerant, aufgeschlossen, aufgeklärt, mitfühlend, abwägend....
Gegenteile also unmenschlich, intolerant, engstirnig, unwissend, gefühllos, gedankenlos....
Dafür gibt's i auch einen Begriff: Arschloch
