19. Doctor Sleep (2019)
The Director's Cut, which is longer but a better film. Flanagan does the best you probably could while working in the confines of the original film (which changes the book quite a bit) and the novel itself. Great performances. Not outstanding, but good, with lots of heart.

A very good adaptation (though different in a lot of ways) of King's novel. Jack Nicholson and Shelly Duvall are incredible, it’s beautifully shot, and it's still horrifying. Not my favorite Kubrick joint (that's Full Metal Jacket), but always a pleasure.
