I respect your choice, of course.
I kind of see this as a growing pain. Some of it is the desire to build up quickly after having the rug pulled out at the bird bin. And I suspect that leads to perverse incentives ie popularity contests. That said, I’m still hopeful.

I’d second that. Using other platforms we get used to what the algorithms do without us knowing. I sense that the norms and practices here are still developing. There was a time years back when the bird site seemed like a barren whistling wasteland, and then it didn’t.
