Sounds right. I definitely feel like I have solid anecdotal evidence on the whole "stopped being on Facebook, felt less shitty whenever I was on the internet" thing. Gods know that the whole "we did our best to make the sites as addictive as possible!" was pretty chilling.

Not that I'm likely to be talking to anyone but my peers, but if someone <30 finds this, don't worry-I found the job I've been in at 32. Before that I was flailing around. If there's one thing I wish for my younger self, it would have been to realize my own accomplishments while they were happening.
