I'd love to know who told them they tried to do too much last term, as they keep telling us they got told. My endless frustration with them was the fact that they had a majority but mostly tinkered! I wanted so much more, faster!

I'm so old I even remember the Taxpayers Union endorsing lockdowns and wage subisides in Q1 2020.

Just come up the motorway to the airport and it was wild. Standing water and double speed wipers struggled. Fortunately people were sensible so it was slow and steady with good gaps between vehicles.

And the worst period wasn't the lock downs but the cooker era that followed.
