I just did another 20 minutes‘ mandolin practice while pacing. My fingers hate it. I don’t know if I’m improving anymore. I do the same scale over & over and still feel painful, clumsy, and weak in the fingers. I have to let my fingers heal for a day at least afterward. Done this cycle for months.

This is a good article. I feel like I knew most of this already, but it lays it all out with stats that solidify the issues and offered solutions that I sadly think the democratic party wont take until enough of the entrenched status-quo have moved on.
I despise conspiratorial theorizing bullshit, and yet: the way iOS keyboard/text behavior grew progressively more intolerable at each iOS 18.n update in the months leading up to iOS “26” has me so disgusted that I’d be unsurprised if Apple intentionally sabotaged iOS 18 to push us to “upgrade”.

I’m 100% vegetarian, but I’ve been kind of a lazy vegan this year. When people try vegan substitutes for dairy products, they often say “ew, that tastes weird”. I feel ya, because I’ve been dairy-free for so long that REAL DAIRY TASTES WEIRD to me now 😅
