It’s annoying that I get sleepy around 8/9 and so get into bed to have an early night only to become fully alert, wide awake and unable to sleep until 1am 😭

I muttered “this is not the place to walk slow” to myself at Clapham junction and the lady in front heard me and apologised and I feel bad now 😭.
