TLDR: Bluesky is, right now, a relatively safe and usable place for trans people. Jesse Singal is on this site with the goal of changing that, as I interpret his own words. The Bluesky staff, by saying they won't take action unless he breaks a specific rule, are saying they're just fine with that.

My uncle is crippled from childhood polio, another uncle needed heart surgery because of damage from Scarlet Fever, my aunt survived Diptheria and her baby sister died aged two weeks from pneumonia probably from influenza
I've seen a child with tetanus, I've treated near fatal infections after chicken pox, and I've pronounced children dead from COVID whose parents refused to have them vaccinated.
