This is also 90% of my theory of why I disliked Starfield so much, they literally just cut out all the parts of the game where you travel to a place and replaced it with spaceship loading screens and empty planet landscapes.

Exploring the world and traveling through it is going to be a massive chunk of playtime, if not the largest, and is a big draw for Bethesda. So naturally something that improves that, like having roads you could conceivably navigate without the magic GPS map, makes the game a lot more fun.

People have the right, more or less, to choose where and among what people they want to live, and restrictive immigration regimes are a violation of that right.
