Made it into Philly last night for @abctnow.bsky.social and have already enjoyed seeing the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, then had a great dinner with the inimitable @olinotom.bsky.social!

1) very glad to see efforts to assess conscientiousness on grad admissions.
2) what on earth does it mean to include "impulsivity" as an item on this scale??
Response options were exceptional down to poor. So i assumed it was reverse coded...
#psychometrics in the real world!
