My go to was metal music. I know it sounds counterproductive, but it's like the chaos in my ears lessoned the chaos outside and I was able to focus more on the road and possible threats incoming. 😅... yaaaay, ADHD!

Bernie was our last real hope. When he switched from independent to blue, I really thought Dems would pull through for us, but yet again, they didn't.
