Yes, agreed on a catch all term (that isn’t b/ruptcy because of its technical meaning in E&W law). More broadly I wouldn’t equate insolvency with being adverse - so rescue, restructuring, etc, as potential outcomes. The underlying viability of these suppliers talks to potential recovery not b/ruptcy
