If I could find a smaller ring mold, I’d have my mom half the recipe. It’s her only contribution to dinner now. I did see my daughter’s boyfriend eat some yesterday, so that’s three of us!

It was a Southern Living recipe from like 30 years ago. Can’t go wrong with their recipes. Loaded with all the good things!

We do a mashed potato casserole with loads of butter, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. So damn good.
