Everyone wants art, no one wants to be the artist. The best thing anyone can do if they feel a group of people is underrepresented is take up writing or drawing themselves and be the change, but I think that’s far too much effort compared to fussing about others (IE gay men) online.

Exactly. It has frustrated me for a while how much of The Discourse involves people pointing fingers like “YOU need to be the change I want to see in the world”. If you see a void in the fandom’s representation, fill it! I’m filling the void I saw, you fill yours and together we fill TWO (2) holes.
