University teaching staff are at the heart of creating learning spaces that include and support all students. But to do that well, we need to know what support exists for staff—and how different unis are approaching inclusivity for both students and staff.

The Australian Universities Accord is pushing for fairer outcomes and better support for equity students. So now’s the time to rethink how we teach in ways that actually work for everyone.
