You are ahead of us and giving me hope we can achieve this too! Move into older house 5 months ago. Just upgraded electrical panels and heatpump coming soon. Propane range being replaced for induction. Solar in next 3-5 years + switch 10 yo car to EV (Buzz is my fav!). 2nd vehicle is a cargo bike.
