Not persuaded you're right. I think historically businesses didn't sell an interest to fascist governments. Ownership remained as it was (except for expropriated companies), as did profits, but companies did what the government wanted.

Hope this theory holds up. SCOTUS may have the deciding vote. I'll wait before savoring this as a victory.
