There are many other Jewish Irish people who would be excellent choices to rename the park after. Would that still be antisemitism?

There are many other Irish Jews we can name the park after. There is no good reason to keep Herzog's name on the park when there are many better options available. June Levine? David Marcus?

As far as I can recall, "AI" wasn't really in use to describe machine learning prior to the arrival of LLMs. Is "AI" even a useful term at all? Some have said "simulated intelligence" is much better. Maybe we need to stop using AI as a catch-all term and name things for what they are.

But Hines do have planning permission for their development, and that permission requires Hines to start construction of a future underground metro stop, right? This sounds more like collusion/corruption between the planning authority and MetroLink, which the @irishtimes.com is burying the lede on?

The headline is technically correct, but erroneously makes it sound as if no planning permission was given for the work being done at Charlemont, which isn't the case. Also the photo has a photo of above ground train lines but that's the Luas Green line, and the station works are underground, right?

I’m not even sure if we’re wasting him. Just forgetting about the rest of the team for a moment, I don’t think he’s playing well.

Unfortunately, in US journalism it is considered neutral to spread a lie, but it is considered "biased" to call out a lie. So, there is a structural asymmetry that rewards colorful lies with virality.
