I honestly think she stayed emeritus to back Jeffries in the transition because the House is a pit of vipers for about 50 of those men, and they still needed to be kept in check.
But I also think she was set up to take all the heat for having to talk to Biden when his team hid numbers from him.

Honestly, he was always libertarian purple -but he is not the same politician he was before the stroke. He has some hyperfixations that are very different. I would still want this version over Oz though. Lamb was always going to lose that primary. If Lamb runs again he should look at Bashear's model
