Finished reading "Tell Me I'm Worthless" by Alison Rumfitt and holy knockout. That book is *heavy*. It's a fantastic read but does NOT shy away from the darkness and it feels too real.

Ever wondered why walking around museums is weirdly tiring? At normal speed our legs act like pendulums, swinging forward from the hip & saving us a huge amount of energy. In "museum shuffle" our muscles must do ALL the work of constant readjustment. So cake in the cafe is scientifically justified 🥳

Bluesky will attract bad actors, it's not immune. The good news is you don't have to block them one by one, Bluesky has moderation lists managed by others (or even you) to help you mass block accounts as they turn up. All you need to do is visit the list, hit subscribe, then choose block or mute.
