As of June 30 2022 England no longer has a national health service. It has been replaced by 42 legally autonomous 'integrated care boards' each with a rigid budget & the ability to choose what services are provided & by whom. The impacts are in the video

We have a fiat currency. All money is created by the government. There is no need for the government to borrow to spend. The risk is inflation rather than insolvency. This risk is reduced by taxation which the government uses to destroy money. Borrowing is not a burden on the government. #MMT
