it had some sweet moments but they were between like 20 action scenes, and the characters that were new that they could have developed, they gave them the bare minimum, it just felt like so many missed opportunities, and like it was written as a TV series shoved into a movie

if you want a zootopia movie where the snake is the good guy, this is it, and meets that minimum requirement, and again, just tons of references to the first movie, so if you already wanted to see it you'll probably have a good time

it was a lot of loud action scenes and references to either the first movie or just animal jokes, and a bunch of known actor voices i recognize but i don't expect others to.
